EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

Dream big is committed to the happiness of our customers. We mention below the exchange and return policies of the garments and products that we market through our online service to meet the needs and demands of customers:

You must comply with the following to make your exchange or return.

1.- The product will be returned by size, color, defect or manufacture has a period of 30 calendar days counted from the date of sale.

5.- Exceptions that do not cover warranty:

- When the garment has been altered or repaired by unauthorized persons.

6.- In case of buying any product or garment in reduction no changes or returns of any kind are made.

Outside of these rules set forth in these policies, we reserve the right to exchange or refund.

 

CHANGE OR RETURN PROCESS 
1.- It is important that the customer must ensure that the product complies with exchange and return policies.

3.- COLOR CHANGES OR SIZE PER PARCEL
Process of changes in sizes or colors is as follows:
* You pay for shipping to our offices and we send the change to your home address at no cost.

4.- CHANGES TO ANOTHER MODEL FOR PARCEL
Change process for other models or products is as follows:
* If your product will exchange it for another with a higher price, you will make us the deposit or bank transfer of the different one.

* If your product will be exchanged for another with a lower price, we will send you a discount code in pesos so that you can use it in another purchase in our online store. Dreambigworld.com
But, if your request is to return the difference of money, we will deposit the amount to a bank account with your title name.

* You pay for shipping to our offices and we send the change to your home address at no cost.

* Send the package to the following address.

5.- RETURN BY PARCEL
The return applies only if you have any manufacturing defects on the part of our products or garments.
* Let us know immediately of the defect when the order arrives at your home address.
* Send us a photograph of the defect of the products or garments byemail, whatsapp or inbox(Facebook or instagram).
* We understand and are quotients. We do not want you to have a bad experience with our service and with our products. We'll help you right away.

- All returns are free of charge.

7.- In case the exchange or returnNoProceed, our online sales team will contact you to give you details of the return of the product or garment.
 
                                  REFUND POLICY 

1.- Credit/debit card.
* Your payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund is applied directly to theCardwith which he made the payment.

2.- Cash
